Hi All
I have the linea 24 boiler which was serviced in feb, has been going fine until now. My central heating is working fine, but suddenly we have no flow whatsoever to the hot water tap other than a quick trickle then a couple of drips, it was working an hour ago. I have tried it when the central heating is on and off, hot water only but it still doesnt work. The boiler doesnt even try anything when you turn the hot tap on, no clicks or tries ignite, its as if the hot water supply has been switched off at an isolater valve. Could this be a sticking valve? or does anyone have any ideas on how to fix or is it an engineers job
Please advise if you can it would be much appreciated

Has the filling tap been moved?

Little lever type thing under boiler on the far right.
It should be pointing straight up (12 oclock).

Is it?

Hi scatmanjohn

Thanks for that, you were right, what a plonker i feel, i had just bled the radiators and after topping the boiler up, i had closed the valve to 9 oclock position, dont ask me why as ive used this umpteen times.
Any how thanks again for your help its been much appreciated, have a nice christmas & new year mate

 Yay! Three year old thread and it helped me!
Did much the same thing, topped up the pressure and left the tap horizontal!
Just like whizzer, I've done it loads of times but a bit of brain fade on Christmas morning crept in
Merry Christmas scatmanjohn.
