Hi all,
I have a Vokera Linea HE 35 that i am having some real issues with.
The initail problem started on monday when there was a lack of hot water, only luke warm/cool water was coming from the tap/shower.
The boiler sounded like it was constantly firing up every 10 seconds then powering down, as a result you would get a brief spurt of hot water then it would run cold again.
A fault code of 93 would briefly appear when the boiler was reset.
Its possible that the central heating also was failing to heat the radiators to normal temperatures as they were only slightly warm to the touch.
I have since had an engineer out who believed the thermistor had failed and replaced it, however this did not fix the issue.
He believes that the Heat Exchanger ma have gone but we are unable to get one until the new year (4th).
The boiler now refuses to ignite and is giving the error codes: 42/41/40 at restart.
This indicates water pressure, which is currently fine and the internal pressure gague is showing blue which in theory indicates good pressure?
I have tried and failed to get hold of vokera for 2 days, via phone and web service request.
Does anyone have any idea what is wrong with the boiler?
im based in leeds if a vokera specialist reads this and wants to earn a few pound fixing it
thanks for any replies/advice
