Hi All,

Looking for some advice regarding my Vokera Linea 24.

I had noticed that the radiators nearest the boiler were getting warm when Hot Water only was selected(been doing this for years). It wasn't a big problem so left it.

I recently noticed a small leak from the boiler. Upon checking it was coming from the diverter valve and getting into the motor.

I bought a service kit and new motor and changed everything over.

The leak stopped and everything is working when hot water or central heating is selected but the radiator is still getting warm when only hot water is selected.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

@ianmcd and @vulcancontinental from your posts I know you know your way around Vokera boilers so would welcome any thoughts you may have.

Thanks to all for any any help or suggestions.

when you say you fitted the diverter kit did you change the shuttles as well or just the front piece that was leaking, when you fit the O ring onto the shuttle you have to use the O ring with the blue line on it, there are two O rings the same size in the kit (crazy I Know) but if you use the plain one the shuttle will let by just as you are having

Hi Ian,

Thanks for the quick reply.

This was the service kit I purchased https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Vokera-L...e=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649

I changed the white bobbin and the flat rubber washer, brass pass through connector and washer(Which fits in the diverter valve cover) and diverter cover gasket . There was no O ring with a blue line on it in the kit. I reused the O ring washer from the bobbin I replaced.

Is there a kit that contains the O ring with the blue line? The only other kit I can see is this one https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Vokera-L...-Way-Valve-Overhaul-Kit-01005127/122927433426
