Vokera maxin 24cf - No hot water, only when heating is on

I have a Vokera maxin 24cf combi boiler that is about 5 years old. I am not getting any hot water when the hot taps are turned on, unless I have the heating on as well.

As soon as the heating goes off the hot water from the taps just turns cold again.

I checked out the gauges and noticed that the pressure gauge had dropped into the red, so I turned the screws at the flexi hose to bring the pressure back up, but still I have no hot water at the taps unless the heating is on.

Does any one know what the problem could be ?

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like a failed diaphragm. About the right timescale too. Don't know Vokeras very well, but it's usually in the diverter valve and is fairly easy to replace, and a cheap spare to buy.
