sounds like a fault which is hard to diagnose over a computer it could be one of a number of things some that requires the services of a rgi with a knowledge of faultfinding. or perhaps a fixed price repair with one of the bigger companies.
it could be just that your stat is turned up to high
it takes longer to heat and longer to cool down
so it is firing for longer cycles
