Wall hung toilet - is this frame universal?

I'm going to fit a Twyord flow wall hung pan and need a frame less than 900mm high to fit below a window.

I've see the 820mm Concealed Cistern Frame & Push Button Dual Flush & Mounting Frame by TC and was wondering if this would be suitable.

Are the frames/pans universal in fitment?

The one i've looked at comes with the frame, cistern, flush plate and fixing kit.

I'm going to use resin anchors for the wall (I have been waiting for an excuse to finish off the resin I bought for the plasma)

What floor anchors would be required?

The frame will be mounted upstairs onto a chipboard panelled floor...[/url]

TC are a bit of a pain in the arse to deal with and fairly middle of the road at best. if there anything broken or missing........... good luck
