Wall media panel / plate - replace?

Hi all. Just wondered how easy it was to replace this media plate on my wall? Pre fitted by Barratt Homes when I'd moved in.
Looking to change all white sockets/switches to chrome/brushed steel but not sure how easy these plates are to replace? Given the size etc.
Would rather just fit a smaller plate in its place if it's easy enough to do, i.e. double plug socket with some usb plugs also, as I can't see me ever needing extra panels for TV/satellite etc

Custom sized backbox, no chance of finding anything else to fit that.
Probably obsolete before it was installed.

Hoik the whole lot out of the wall, fit some standard backboxes, replaster, repaint, and fit whatever sockets you want.

Appears to be a Deta media plate with the screws top and bottom like that, and the inserts match...

...USB chargers could be added to the right hand side using euro modules.
