I've been looking at a few options for these built in valves that go in the wall from Grohe, Hansgrohe and Ideal Standard

The Grohe 'smartbox/smartcontrol' ones look nice, but £300+ for a valve block made entirely from plastic? Hmmmmm.

Hansgrohe 'ibox/ecostat' ones are very similar and metal valve construction

The Ideal Standard 'easybox' types look good as well, metal construction and especially appealing to me as the wall depth required is a bit shallower than the other options which does make things a bit easier in my application.

Anyone got any experience with any of these, especially the Ideal Standard system, when used as a bath filler valve? I'm thinking about flow rate through these valves as I am going to be fitting a 1700 x 800 bath which is about 260L to the overflow.

I have >2bar pressure and good flow rate (~25L/m from my mains) and a 40kW combi doing the heating. All plumbing between the boiler and the filler valve is 15mm copper and has been worked to minimise restrictions - only full bore lever valves as isolation etc
