Wall paper and damp walls

I had some wallpaper damaged by damp.
I think I've fixed the damp problem.
But don't want to take any chances. I know there is paint or something
that you paint onto the wall to stop damp coming through and damaging
the wall paper.

Any recommendations for a product to use?
