Hi,
I bought some No Nonsense 649+ Specialist Mortar Repair Cement to fix some cracks in a path. My missus also wants me to fill the gap along the bottom edge of the garage wall.
As the driveway is lower than the garden the path actually sits higher than the bottom of the garage, so no DPC visible anywhere.
My thoughts are that the gap is intentional and is there to avoid surface water creeping up the wall.
You can see along the back edge someone at some point looks to have attempted to point the gap. Maybe I should actually remove the pointing attempt to ensure a clear gap all around.
Advice would be welcomed.
Hopefully pics attached.
