Wall tiles to vinyl flooring transition

Just wondering what is the done thing in this situation.

All the bathroom walls will be tiled but I will be using a vinyl floor covering.

Do I just tile all the way down to the floor or would a small plain skirting generally be used?

If it was me, I would use skirting.
You can use the gap to tuck the flooring under.
