My bro once attended a press conference where Peter Sallis spoke. At the time he was writing for the Bradford University Student Newspaper (Scrapie, I believe it was called!)

My brother asked, in front of dozens of "proper" journalists, the question you just have to ask:

"Mr Sallis. Might I ask, what is your favourite cheese... and what is your opinion of Wensleydale?"

The response:

"Unfortunately I'm not allowed to eat much cheese, but I'm very partial to a bit of dolcelatte"

So there you have it, Wallace isn't really that keen on Wensleydale.
