Wallboard meets tiled floor

Hi folks,

an elderly acquaintance is going to have her bath replaced with a walk-in shower, one estimate has tiled wall / floor (shower area), another has a low profile shower tray with options of wallboard or tiled walls, the last has wallboard with a tiled floor (shower).

In the last option how would the installer deal with the join between the wallboard and the tiled shower area?

By wallboard, I assume we are talking about panels. You would finish the joint off with sealant.
