Have seen this interesting thread, Mist Coat or PVA - Bare Surface Basics, which suggests just using size as the sealer for wallpaper, but from other posts its seems if you subsequently strip the wallpaper it can pull off the plasterboards paper as well.
Most Drywall sealers come in large expensive trade sized tubs, so wondered if a coupe of coats of emulsion would be a simpler way and if it would prevent the above problem if the paper was ever stripped ?
Or is there any other suitable product here in the uk ?
