Not sure how to approach this. Have wallpapered many times before however have moved to a new house and wallpapering the hallway. The external corners have been curved off in the middle presumably to avoid catching the edge as you walk past. This is causing a problem as the bottom 6 inches are squared off then it curves then it is squared off again higher up the wall.
Has anyone come across this before and how did you overcome it. As I am struggling to work out the best way to approach it without it looking rubbish. Have tried going round the corner about 50mm but it is the part where the wall changes from squared off to curved that is causing the problem as I am having to cut the paper to compensate for the change and then end up with the paper finishing at different distances from the edge.
Sorry it's a long winded explanation but does anyone have any ideas..

It looks like you will have to cut a small section of the wallpaper at the bottom 6 inches, to match in with the pattern at the face of the corner and lose the pattern at the side, as it is only a small piece at the bottom it should not notice.

As Bosswhite says, a small triangle of paper glued on first then paper over as normal. Use some border adhesive to make sure it sticks. These are typical 1930's corners and although they look quite nice can prove troublesome.

Stop either side back an inch having previously painted the corner - make it a feature ;)
