Wann fit TRV'S

My system is 7 years old and has no TRV'S, all the valves are starting to leak and green stain my carpet.

I wann fit TRV'S, can anybody advise on this, its 10mm pipe and comes out of the wall and come up about 90mm so theres not much to play with.

I'm i right in thinking you cut the old olive carefully without damaging the pipe hopefully.

I wanna fit Drayton TRV4'S But have been told the cheap ones on e-bay maybe Clones.

yes not right through tho and stick an old screwdriver in the cut to snap them

be advised if the olive has been overtightened (and many are) you will not get a decent seal

you might be lucky and be able to use the existing backnuts and olives

dont hold yer breath tho
