Wanted, armature for B&D D370 bench grinder (same as d500 drill)

I want to get my dads Black and Decker D370 bench grinder working again, the armature has one or more of its coils shorted to the output shaft.
The armature is the same 270 watt one used in the D500 single speed drill, and possibly the same as the really old U series all ally drills.
If anyone has one for grabs please let me know, I'm in the UK.
Yes I know the grinder isnt worth the effort monetarily.

Hey, I love seeing old tools brought back to life! You might have luck checking eBay, old tool swap groups, or even local repair shops for a donor armature. Sometimes, those old Black & Decker drills pop up for cheap. If you can’t find one, rewinding the armature could be an option, though it’s a bit of a project. Hope you get it running again!

There are a couple on ebay but it seems the owners think they are museum pieces going by the prices.
I have wound transformers and once a field coil, I've never done an armature, I see it as a little like lacing spokes on a bicycle wheel.

The quality on these old machines is way better, my 6 week old £200 drill is in the repair shop right now, the third time I used it I managed to shred one of its gears.
