I have been using these forums for some time now and finally thought it was time to sign up!! Unfortunately my first question feels like a bit of a dumb one :/
I am an amateur DIY'r and everything I have learnt has been through trial and more often than not error, but I enjoy it
In the past I have made built in wardrobes by constructing a pine frame then cladding with hardboard or thin MDF then painting - this was more of a stud wall with sliding doors. I am now looking to build some wardrobes in the alcoves of my bedroom and wondered if (after fitting the new kitchen and seeing how the cabinets were constructed) I used 18mm MDF I could make a carcass without the need to build a pine frame? If so what would be the best, the easiest and the strongest method of securing the mdf together? Mod Blocks? Biscuit? Dowl? etc
Sorry about the lame question
