Wardrobe Hinge Help...

Hi All,

I have built a built-in wardrobe, but need some help with the door hinges... I had my other wardrobe fitted for me, which have the hinges shown in the image. These are the same type of hinges that I need due to the frame/door build. Does anybody know what these hinges are called/where I can get some from?

All of the online hinge pictures confuse me due to the lack of wardrobes shown!
