Nearly completed our timber-framed garden office/gym using 2x4 studs with a warm roof.
About to start insulating the internal walls now; the plan was to fit a vpc sheet over the insulated stud walls and then plaster-board over this and under the rafters (without a vpc).
However, my son quite likes the look of having bare rafters - I'm not sure leaving them like this would be a good idea though with internal moisture/vapour?
So my question is, can we expose the rafters like this or should we be fitting plasterboards under the rafters to minimise any condensation potentially building up in the void (space between the rafters)?
