Warmcore Door Handles removal.

Hi, our door handle on the bifold doors has stopped working and needs taking off. It has two squares that I think need to come off, I just can’t seem to work out how to do this. Does anyone have any ideas?

Probably double sided tape on the squares
Stanley knife or similar into the gap to lever off.
