Warmflow boiler not firing

My customer's Warmflow boiler is not firing. I have unscrewed the bleed valve fully but neither air nor diesel comes out.
There is oil in the tank.

Are you sure you unscrewed the bleed valve and not the pressure adjustment screw? What other diagnosis have you done?

It was the one with the allen key socket (approx. 20mm diameter grub screw) to the left of the reset button..? I haven't done any other diagnosis.

Check fire valve is open and oil is going through it.
After that filters and oil line itself.

Somewhere on oil line hopefully external but could be near boiler.
If as you say it's for a customer and you have no idea what a oil fire valve is maybe get a competent oil engineer?
