1) Some are selling bath showers where part or most of the ledge slopes away from the bath.
This is absurd for a unit designed to make a bath a shower. It is tricky to to check before installation.
Recommend go for those who state inward sloping edges (the ideal even if it costs more) or get a commitment form the supplier up front. The 5mm acrylic baths are too thick to wedges the outside of the ledges up.
2) If it says frame, check. Ours supplier stated 'frame' and was just two bars. The fitter ended up having to support and balance the unit with plain old wooded uprights.
