Wascomat 50lb not filling

My machine seems to be filling but then just drains out. I replaced the solinoid, but still nothing. I am sure that it is draining because I can hear the water going out of the hose into the drain. What do you think?

Drain hose too far into the stand pipe or too low.
It's syphoning by the description you give.

Thanks for your help, I had a guy in to take a look at it and he found that the pump had broke. Thanks anyway.
