Wash Temps above 30DegC

I have a Seimens (BOSCH) washing machine SIWAMAT 6110. Suddenly no wash program works at temperatures above 30degC. It was okay this morning but this evening no water enters at programs above 30degC.
At 30degC it seems to complete the cycle without a problem.
Does anyone know what could cause this?

Perhaps the solenoid coil has burnt out on the hot water inlet valve.
