Washer and Seating sets - where to buy?

Hi all, my google-fu seems to have failed me.

I need to buy a washer and seating set for a kitchen tap that's getting stuck (it's a last ditch effort before replacing the whole lot). I've already tried reseating the tap, that hasn't fixed it, and I've been told that a washer and seating set might help. trouble is, I can't seem to find anyone online that I can order today. I've found this:

Cheers JonB, but I think I have got it wrong - I've got one of those, the item I'm after is a plastic or acrylic 'thing' that sits in the bottom of the tap assembly - something like this:
