Washer size for Bristan Options Bath Shower Mixer

Hi All,

We have Bristan make options bath Shower Mixer and it drips, I am trying to change the washer but I do not know what size washer I need to get. I could not find any information in the documentation that comes with the mixer. Also, according to the documentation it is a screw on tap which comes apart easily. but I could not get the top off. Anyone with experience with these mixers?
