door wont open after wash is over, machine is definately empty ?? help pls ??

put it on spin, then try

If you pull out the mains plug and then wait does it open then?
If it does the timer is probably faulty on the machine.( not quite getting to the end of its cycle before the motor stops and holding the door LOCKED )
