Washing Machine Mania Help!

Hello Everyone!

Sorry to bother you all but could do with some major help!
I am trying to fit my new washing machine and have no idea what part I need to connect the Waste Hose(Where the water comes out of machine to be disposed of) to connect it to the sink trap!

Need something to connect the end of the pipe from the washing machine to connect it to the sink trap! At the moment it's got nothing to hold it in place and leaks/falls out

You're missing the nut and gland on the WM adaptor. Where are they?

This is all the delivery men left us with.
So what do I need to buy?

You only need plastic nut and plastic gland so I suggest you buy a standard coupler and remove them.

It must be a Mcalpine 1,1/2inch coupler though. If you get another brand it won't be the same thread. Call your plumbers merchants and ask if they stock Mcalpine before you waste a journey.

So I need to buy a Sink Trap with Horizontal Nozzle

I will be going to my local DIY store tomorrow for a part

Just need to know how to connect well the pipe to the drain bit lol

you are more likely to get it at a plumbers merchant than a DIY shed. They may just have some budget brand.

So I need to buy a Multifit Straight Connector?
Once I have that how do I attach it?

you appear to already have the spigot the hose goes on.

you do not appear to have the parts to hold it in place.
