I have a Bosch Excel 1200, quite a few years old. Tablets placed in the drawer are not always dissolving and partially remain in the drawer, the same occurs if they are placed in the drum.
The water is heating up - the flow into the drawer seems fine, sometimes pouring a bit of water through after the water has passed through the drawer helps move the tablet on.
The washing machine is now situated in the garage, its insulated but not heated in there. The problem has only just started since it has started getting colder out. Could this be effecting the washing machine ?.
