Can it be done?? All the stacking kits say Tumble Dryer on top of Washer Dryer, I would like to do it the other way round to enable the waste from Washing machine to fall correctly.
washing machines are heavier, and end to bounce around a lot, that's why they go on the bottom; but because of that, I'd always support a tumble dryer on a shelf above the washing machine, not sit it directly on the the washing machine. The washing machine pump will push the water to a higher level if you need the waste to above the normal height of a waste outlet.
