Washing machine repair training

I would like to learn how to fault find and repair washing machines. I have the washing machine repair book from haynes which is brilliant - but am not sure how to go about training. Are there any courses available to teach people how to repair washing machines and or dishwashers?

Your lesson Lesson 1

A washing machine is an appliance
A vacuum cleaner is an appliance
A cooker is an appliance.

They all connect/plug in to an electrical installation.

Electricians provide electrical installations
Electricians don't fix appliances (well, some might do but generally they don't/can't).


So you should ask this question in the APPLIANCES forum. I've asked the mods to move you.
