can you run waste along the floor then up in to waste pipe from washing machine by hose only, the run is about 6th from the machine the lift from the floor is only 2th

Sounds like you need a hose thats at least 8th long. Make sure the outlet goes over the water level of your washing machine otherwise the water will drain out faster than it can go in and you will always have dirty clothes.
