Washing not draining

I have a servis M6115 which won't drain, have fitted a new pump and cleaned the filter need an idea as what to try now

Have you made sure it is not a problem with the house plumbing? To do this you can just hold the waste pipe above a bucket and set the machine on spin. If this makes no difference you can check the continuity of the wiring from the pump to the timer or circuit board.
