waste pipe question

Just wondering what fitting i need for this

I have a 50mm waste pipe coming up through the floor but is cut off at floor level. I want to run a 40mm pipe into this but i want to use a rubber boss adaptor sitting into the 50mm with the 40mm pipe obviously going into the the top of the rubber adaptor. Is there a rubber adaptor that exists that can allow me to do this?

This might do it as it fits into a 50 mm hole. Bit of solvent and it will stick like *** to a blanket.
