Waste pipe seal

When fitting a new toilet do you have to change the waste pipe seal or just use some silicon sealer?

All the same size that fits onto the toilet but you can get different lengths and angles.

96% of the time you will get away with a 'standard' pan conn.

Variations include syphonic pans, small soil pipe.
