Waste Pump

Hi I have to pump the waste from 2 washing machines, a sink, a toilet(this has a Sanitop) & a small washbasin up 3mt into the drains. But I can only find big industrial sealed units that can do both types of waste. There is not enough room for any of these, only have 1/2mt sq to site a unit. Saniflo say there units will do the toilet but not the grey washing machine water, or they have units the other way round not both together! The industrial units are much bigger with a 2" return.
Anyone with an idea?
