Waste water to soil stack

Not sure if i`m using the correct terms. But we are moving the sink in our kitchen over to the other side of the room now i dont want to have to channel out a large groove in the fllor to have the waste exit where it used its easier to go out through the adjacent wall to the soil stack. however the stack is cast iron how do i get my waste pipe into that

cut the soil pipe very carefully! or preferably get someone competant to do such a job as cast pipes are very brittle and shatter more often than not!
