watepipes in a tower block

I would like to move a basin and shower in my flat, it seems that the waste from the shower goes straight through the wall to the soil stack and the waste from the basin goes straight down into the concrete floor, the shower and basin are just short of 2M apart and I would like to swap them around.
How do I tackle the waste water issues?

As long as you can keep the shower waste to 1.5" or bigger then its just a case of cutting pipe above the floor and routing to suit your new appliance.

might be an idea to post a pic of your bathroom to help understand your problem.

problem is the waste pipe for the basin will be where the shower is going to be and vise versa for the sink! they will be at opposite ends of the room, surely I cant attach 40mm pipe from shower to 32mm waste where the basin was?

Not if you want your tray to drain nicely.
