water coming through in window hallway

Hi

Just got my house recently plastered. It rained yesterday and i noticed in the hallway window that in the corner there was a wet patch.

and there were a few dots of water a bit on the side.

The hallway window outside has a slab (not sure what the right name for it is) and above that there are bricks.

there is a crack in the slab which might be causing the water to seap through

any good remedies to fix the crack,

im going to cement the bricks as there is gapping there but need to sort the crack

cracks in the slab and bricks opening up!!! you should get this checked out can you stick photos onto project forum

there are no cracks in the actual brick just the mortar must be weathering not that bad
