Water dripping - toilet waste pipe

i have noticed recently that there is water dripping (not an excessive amount) from between the toilet pan waste outlet and the waste extension pipe. the toilet has been in place for about 2 years and has only just started happening.

any ideas what the problem could be?

Could just be the seal on the waste extension has had its day, you could ensure its wiped clean and dry and run a bead of silicone round it which should seal it as there's no pressure on the water.

Also double check the drip is definitely coming from there as it could quite easily be coming from the join between the tank and the base and dripping down onto the waste below.
