Over the past few weeks i noticed that the pressure of the water in my upstairs taps was dropping, so much so that when the shower was on and i turned on one of the taps, the shower slowed to a dribble. It returned to normal when i turned off the tap.
The pressure the water comes out of the taps upstairs has also dropped over the past few weeks.
I have had Thames Water out and they have checked the pressure coming into my house and it is all running at 2.7bar. The downstairs taps all appear to be ok, it only appears to be the upstairs, anybody have an idea on what could be causing this?
I don't know if it is related but i also tried to re pressurise the heating sytem today using the filling loop, and having turned it on it sounds as though water was passing through for the first few seconds but the pressure indicator did not move, i had to keep stopping and starting the filling loop to get it to move. Previously all i would have to do would be turn the filling loop and it would pressurise straight away without turning it on and off.
