Hi
I wonder if someone can help me
I have coping stones on all ends of my roof and they appear to be staining the brickwork and excess water is pouring down the front of the brickwork.
I would really appreciate any advice. Thanks

...When were the gutters and parapet last cleaned out?

Aha.

from what I can see, it should be impossible for water to run down like that unless the gutter is blocked, or perhaps there is an accumulation of debris on top of the parapet. I have sometimes seen it with snow blockages in the melt.

Time to get a ladder out and have a look.

Or maybe a drone.

Not sure about getting the ladders out drone sounds like a better plan

gutters all cleaned out recently

thanks for your response.

Ideally they are supposed to be bedded on tilted to the side with the drainage!
Clean the brick work when the weather is better with a wire brush.

Alastair had a good idea, thinking on it if the stones are flat or once weathered great.. twice weathered then a deep chase needed . May not work
