SO water has gotten into the tiles due cracks in the grout so i have taken all water damage tiles. Now the problem is u can see in image 6 that the plaster or dry wall i don't know what it is has cracked and some of it broke of What will be the best way in fixing this don't really wanna take it all out 
. Also how would i retile my tiles back onto the wall (the wall not smooth) Image 2 is my tiles what kind of adhesive would i use wall tile adhesive? Also in image 3 in my tiles what are the white substance in the top left corner and middle left because it doesnt feel like adhesive more like rubbery. Any help is good help thanks !
