Water hot in some taps but not others - Any ideas?

We have an Ariston Combi boiler and are having problems with the hot water - from the taps downstairs and in the bathroom sink it's nice and hot, but from the bath tap and the shower (which is fed from the same source as the taps) is is barely warm

Any ideas as to why this might be? Thanks in advance

Turn bath tap flow down, ie shut it off a bit. It will take longer to fill the bath but it should be hotter.
