Water leak onto fascia boards

I've recently noticed that the fascia boards are damp/wet in several places. Water seems to be leaking through where the membrane meets the fascia (see pics)
Its a 1950s house with concrete tile roof
I'll get someone out to look at it (when out of lockdown), but would be interested to know what the issue/fix could be.
Really appreciate any advice

Obviously not the original roof.
Certainly it's been stripped.
Underlay support trays would have been a good idea.
Could be not enough over hang on the first course into the gutter.

a lot depends on tile type. Generally not a major job

Access and type of tile you have is the factors eg, conservatory, height to eaves
The trays themselves are cheap.

The trays come in 1.2m lengths, ideally remove the eave and possibly 2nd course of tiles to fit the trays properly.
Tower scaffold as a minimum.

Unusual detail at the eaves there! That fascia should have been changed when it was reroofed. As for doing it off ladders, not advisable!

Well rafters sat on ceiling ties isn't normal round this way.
