Water leak?

Hi, first post on here.

I have a wet patch on the kitchen ceiling where 2 pipes are where the boiler used to be. There are no signs of leaks from them.
I've had the floor board up where the other side of the pipes are, again these look bone dry, however the joists also look wet.
I have no idea where to look next, does anyone have any ideas?

Checked the loft as that is above, maybe right with water running behind the wall. Doesn't look wet but there is a hole.

Put newspaper down. Print runs if you get a drip. Shows even if it dries up
