Water leaking into garage

I have water dripping slowly out of the conduit pipe in my garage. The conduit pipe houses the garage power supply and ends about 12 inches above the concrete floor of the garage. I have had the water mains checked for a leak, (should this pass under my garage) and no leak was detected from meter to house. My property is built on a hill and the detached garage is approx 15 meters from the house down a hill with about a 3 meter drop. The house drainage system is not at fault and flows far away from the garage. The water leak is very slow and never seems to cover more than an area of about 2.5 meters by 1.5 meters across the garage floor. There is no water supply to the garage. I would be very grateful for any ideas you may have regarding this problem

Fine - but how do you fix the problem?

Replace or repair the conduit.
