Water pipes in floor

Hi we are getting a solid floor put down in an extension where boiler and kitchen will be. It seems like easiest route to various parts of ground floor, for rads and also hot and cold pipes, is in the screed. Can both types of pipe be plastic buried in screed?

Yes no problem but you want to do with no fittings under the floor. I also run in a conduit (Overflow pipe) to give room for expansion.

And protect the cold supply from getting warmed by the other pipes or by UFH if you consider having it.

Most definitely so have the cold as an end pipe if possible.
