Did you have a vented system (small header tank in loft) prior to the combi ?
If the heating system has been converted to a sealed system using old pipe work, probably the higher pressure had caused an old joint to fail...

You need to go to an english class. Remember, spelling, punctuation, and sentence. You're message has neither of the latter two.

Did you tell the plumber you didnt want to know?
Or did the plumber tell you he didn't want to know?

If the pipe is in concrete, and assuming he did'nt fit it, it is probably not his fault it is leaking, so don't withhold payment for too long, because you dont have a legal leg to stand on.

I'm not a plumber by the way, so dont take this as though I am on his side.

Either way, the remedy in this case is to dig up the pipe and replace, or to run another length of pipe above ground and cap off the pipe in the concrete.

Either of these options may or may not appeal to you.
